1. Promoter

• The promoter of this prize draw is Caroline Gardner Publishing Ltd, 253-255 Putney Bridge Road, London, SW15 2PU (“Caroline Gardner”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to customers aged 18 or over who have been invited to take part in the Caroline Gardner Customer Survey by email.
• Employees of Caroline Gardner, their families, agents, or anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the first half of the online survey to receive one entry into the prize draw.
• Complete the second half of the survey to receive one additional entry (maximum of two entries per person).
• Only one survey entry per person will be accepted.

4. Prize Details

• There are three prizes in total: 1 × £100 Caroline Gardner gift voucher and 2 × £50 Caroline Gardner gift vouchers.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed online at www.carolinegardner.com or in our retail store(s).
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Closing Date

• The survey and prize draw will close at 11:59pm on 30.09.25. Entries submitted after this time will not be included.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date.
• Winners will be notified by email using the address provided in the survey.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select another winner.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data provided will only be used for the administration of this prize draw and to contact winners.

8. General

• We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw if necessary.
