New Eco Pouches

The countdown to Christmas is on and we are excited to have launched our latest Christmas card designs, now supplied in an eco-pouch! As part of our continued environmental pledge, we at Caroline Gardner are proud to introduce a brand new, environmentally friendly eco pouch for all our Christmas card packs. Made from recycled bottles, this sheer eco pouch with fun neon ribbon drawstring closure keeps the cards clean and secure, whilst the branded label details the materials used and promotes the environmental benefits.

This year our Charity Christmas card packs and smaller card packs available in packs of 8 and 10 respectively, will come in these innovative pouches instead of cellophane. These handy bags can be reused for storing items such as gift wrapping essentials or recycled as a textile.

With the introduction of these bags we expect that over 10,000 plastic bottles will be recycled this Christmas. As ever our cards are produced entirely in England using low chlorine pulp from sustainable forests and printed with finishes which naturally disperse or biodegrade when the card is composted or recycled, thanks to the switch from flitter to stay-fast eco glitter. We’re not perfect but we do want to play our part to help reduce the amount of unnecessary single use plastic and protect our environment.

As always 25p from the sale of our Christmas charity card packs will be donated to Meningitis Now to support the fantastic work they do to save lives and rebuild futures.
